AMB, the largest logistic real estate merchant across the globe, recently signed the investment agreement on non-protective tax logistics projects in Xushuguan Economic Development Zone of Suzhou Newly Hi-tech Zone. The total investment of the project stood at USD45m, and it will be internationally first-class modern logistics base when completed. The settlement of the project will attract a large number of internationally renowned logistics and logistics-relevant enterprises to settle in Xushuguan Economic Development Zone, uplift the development level of the tertiary industry in the development zone, and greatly vitalize the new-round economic development.
